Pretty good place for kids up to 12. They have wall climb and equipment is new for a place that's been around for a few years. The venue is very tidy compare to the other play centres I've been to, which is a testament to their efforts, with hundred of crazy kids running around.

Kids had a great time as we went on a weekday afternoon. Kudos to all staff on site that day as they were super friendly, particularly a young male staff who was helping with the rock climbing equipment. He always had a smile when helping the kids, and was very patient. He was also very responsible - checked our wristband and made sure the place was tidy.

We had a birthday party for my kids in flip out. Our party host Sienna was the best party host I have ever met. She stayed with the kids the entire time entertaining them. Ryan the manager was very nice and helpful as well. We hired one of the room. There is a cheaper option to get just a table instead which I can’t really recommend.

it's good with enough space for kids to have a lot of fun jumping or rope climbing. The only annoyance is rules are not enforced strong enough and big kids are running in the jumping area which could be a hazard for the little ones. Price are reasonable and there's plenty of car park.

We had a private party at Flip out Box hill on Wednesday afternoon. It was well prepared and all the staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Ryan the store manager. Playgrounds are nice and clean as well. Highly recommended for everyone! Thanks!

This place was packed on a wet saturday , but the kids didn't mind...they had an absolute ball running and climbing. We didn't have anywhere to set up as it was all taken but we just stood around and it was fine. The food and drink prices were a bit high, over $5 for a ice tea.. but still had fun. Would go again.

the staff, very enjoyable and interactive. Me and my brother loved the range of things to do. Had to wait a while for the children when we were doing a course but I didn't mind. Kudos to Sienna who got all the kids do do a race and be very kind to all of us, rock climbing was fun, with a nice adrenaline rush 😜 …
